Travel Itinerary Template

A digital travel itinerary is a simple way to organize your trip! This template keeps all your travel information in one place, making your planning and traveling experiences stress-free.

You can edit and customize the template by creating a free account on Canva (www.canva.com). Using your computer, tablet or phone, you can add your trip details into the template and customize any element - color, font, size, photos, links, and more.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

You will receive a PDF with links to the template in three size options (see below), template instructions and a Canva user guide.

For easy navigation, there is a home icon in the top-right corner of each page that returns to the Table of Contents. The Table of Contents and Daily Itinerary Overview pages also hyperlink to corresponding pages within the document. Any page can be deleted or duplicated to fit your trip and preferences.

WHAT TO DO AFTER EDITING

To keep as a digital document, download the itinerary as a PDF (saving it as a PDF keeps the links usable). If you plan to use it while traveling, AirDrop makes it easy to save on your computer and move to your phone or iPad. Once downloaded, you can easily share it with friends, family and travel companions.

If you would like to print your itinerary, simply save it as a PDF, PNG, or JPG and print it at home or a local print store.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Once you purchase the template, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download a PDF. If you don’t see this email a few minutes after purchasing, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Download and open the PDF, click the link to the template size you prefer. The PDF also includes instructions and a helpful Canva user guide.
3. Click “Use Template” and log in to Canva or create a free account.
4. Edit the template in Canva with your trip details. Save, print or send your finished itinerary!

NOTES

• This is a digital download. No physical product will be shipped.
• Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and printing settings.
• The template size cannot be changed in Canva unless you are signed up for Canva Pro.
• As this is a digital file, no refunds will be provided.
